Latest Judgents on " a man who had with a girl after deluding her with false promise of marriage "?

I would be interested to know if she was "persuaded" into bed with a promise of marriage within the first hour of meeting him. If so, the "poor girl" has bigger issues than trying to find a legal loophole for a false promise of marriage and should probably be under the jurisdiction of a court ordered conservator.
