Is a terrace exclusive for an individual who owns a duplex flat in an apartment?

i own a duplex flat in a complex of 40 houses in chennai. the compound has 6 blocks in all. the block where my flat is, contains 4 duplex type houses, with ground floor, first floor exclusively for the 4 owners and the above terrace is seperated by walls into 4. now i would like to know if the portion of the terrace above my flat is exclusively mine.THE ENTRANCE TO THE TERRACE IS FROM WITHIN OUR FLATS. will there be any objection to build a temporary sheds in the terrace which i think is exclusively mine?
