How Dangerous Are Non-Biodegradable/Non-Soy Based Inks in Composted Newspaper?

I want to build up my vegetable beds and have a substantial amount of newspaper that I'd like to devote to the task. However, I have no idea whether the inks used in the printing are natural/non-toxic. How dangerous would it be to put a non-non-toxic ink into soil I'll be eating from?
