Calculate the pH at the equivalence point in titrating 0.100M solutions of each of the following with 8.0*10^-?

Since HBr is a strong acid and NaOH is a strong base they both dissociate completely. This means that you are left with H^+ + OH^- --> H20. Thus it has the same pH of water which is pH=7.00.
