Is my fantasy baseball commissioner abusing his power?

He forgets to add AROD to our trade and I accepted it...any person in there right mind would've...He then used his commissioner power to just take the players back from my team by adding and dropping them...Also if you try to make any trade that makes your team better he's gonna reject them..
