I am am freaking out and im 36 weeks pregnant what should i do?

So after living with 4 roommates for the last 3 months yesterday we had a falling out. Basically the leaseholder is the only one with a key and they all left for the mall and i was out at the time and they all locked the doors and i was locked outside when i got home. They knew i was gone and they locked them anyways so i bitcched them out and freaked out and in turn they freaked out on me and one of them almost hit me. So i realized i need to live somewhere else. I dont feel safe in this house, nobody here has children, and i dont even have a key. SO my question is how fast can i get into some kind of subsidized housing, or section 8 in my area im in oregon and its a very large city (Portland) so i dont know how fast they can get me in, but i do have some money i saved for me and the baby. This is by far the last resort living here was going to save me alot of money but i cant live here if im going to be getting locked out in the snow, and if one of the girls is ok with wanting to hit a pregnant woman. So what should i do? Tommorow is friday who do i call? and im also a student, and though the baby isnt here yet is there any good chance i can get into emergency housing where it can be just me and the baby in a nice one or two bedroom apartment? Im really stressed and im so close to my due date. And living with family is not an option, and the father is gone. I am literally getting panic attacks just thinking about yesterday and when i say student i mean im a sopre at PSU. Im 20, and i only make about $432 a month, and i get student loans and grants as well. and im already on state medical and foodstamps and wic.they wont give me a copy of the house key because only the leaseholder has the house key and she claims its a really old key that would cost hundreds to make a copy of and the land lady wont give us extra ones
