Why am i never fully satisfied with someone ?

People often fall hard for me, because i'm easy on the eyes, smart, funny, and real fun to hang out with. I'm not stuck up, just confident with myself. Whenever i find someone that i really like, i lose interest with them shorty after starting to "talk" and then i move on to another person. Some guys that i've been with are virtually perfect for me, and when i meet someone "new" i focus on the next person more. I understand that this is fxcked up and want to fix my attitude but i don't know how. No matter how hard I try, i can not get into a relationship, because i always want better. Commitment issues? I don't know whats wrong with me.
