Will my license be get suspended?

im 17 and i have my provisional license in california. i was pulled over because i had modified exhaust and modified smog on my car. also because i was driving with minors. i fixed the modified parts on my car also. i was not speeding because the cop did not mention that in my ticket. will my license get suspended??
