Another guy question. Please help me?

So i'm over that one guy that my previous questions were about. Now i like this new guy, and i think he likes me back. but i don't really know cause he's kind of shy like me. He always comes over to my best friend's boyfriend whenever i'm with them and he never has hung out with him before and he always comes when im there. idk if it's just me jumping to conclusions cause i like him, or if he really does like me. even my friend thinks he's into me but i don't want to like push him about it. how do i get to know him better? also he walked with us after school today to the car and he's NEVER done that before. js, please help me thanks :)
