I have light brown thick discharge...?

Well I dont know what it is, but it sounds like youre about to start your period. I had a miscarriage last month, and this month my period started off as a thick brown discharge that lasted 2 days - i also had slight cramping, then on the third day my period started properly with bright red blood.
