Can anyone recap, Secret Life ?

I stopped watching 'The Secret Life Of An American Teenager' when Ami went out with that one guy and Ben when out with Grace, and Ashley ate pizza with the delivery boy who was also her gay friends cousin, or something... Anywho, I want to watch the season finale... that's tommorow, and I don't know whats going on, at all. Can anyone please take the time and just say everything thats important and essential to know at this point?
