What is a good Environmentally friendly school supplies list for high school students?

I want to p out a list of schools supplies for teachers to give to students...all i can think of is binders to refill with recycled paper, reusable pens, mechanical pencils...thats all =/.....any suggestions? please try keeping the materials cheap that students can afford...
