If I cook stuffed marrow, can I freeze it afterwards?

I had stuffed marrow many years ago, which was made with veg, miced beef, rice etc. I now want to do one but there is only me and my 7 yr old daughter who will have it. Obviously, there will be too much for us to eat in one go. I was wondering if I could slice it and freeze it, which would allow me to defrost and heat the remaining slices as and when we need it. I am only wondering because obviously the minced meat will have been cooked twice and rice is notoriously dangerous to re-heat. Also, there is a lot of water in the marrow. Please advise as my mouth is watering at the prospect of stuffed marrow after all of these years. Thanks
