How can I make my dress shirt collars not droopy?

I have a few dress shirts and when I wear them all oned up they look fine. However when I'm at a slightly more casual affair when I am not wearing a tie and have the top on unoned, the collars start to droop and practically go flat against my shoulders. Is there any way to make them stand up such that they are as high as they are when it is oned?
