Grammys 2011 shoulder pad dress?

So i was watching the grammy's and i remember seeing someone in a black dress that had a low neckline, and there were 'shoulder pad-like' shoulders.. but it wasnt shoulder pads, the 'shoulder pad' had jewels and some chains that hung down the arm. it was such a cute dress! but i dont remember who was wearing it. and it wasnt anyone that was nominated. or spoke i dont think. PLEASE HELP!
