Does rainy weather make you emotional?

It just started raining here in Texas. My fiancee is asleep next to me. I caught myself putting down the laptop and hold her close. Sappy, I know! I'm not the type! But does this environmental change effect anyone else in a similar way? Positive or Negative, Sappy or Strange. Let me know.
