Do I get a chance to refuse Obamacare?

I do not want a living will. I do not want a feeding tube removed. All Obama has to do is have stated plainly in the bill anyone can REFUSE any and all government options. I would still not be happy with it because it starts up a cycle of regrettable events. If there really is so much freedom of choice liberals are offering us here, why are they attacking everyone (even physically) who disagrees with them at town meetings? Forget Fox News. The look I see in the liberals eyes at these things is all the news I need. It takes no prophet to see what happens when sharks smell blood. Any comments?
