I need someone's help...please?

As I am not sure as for the laws of all States. but I have always known that if two people never get married and have a child together then there is not any such laws saying he could have rights much less to be around the child if you do not want him around. but too, with the way many laws have been changing, it would be best for you to go to the court house and ask the judge about the rights as to also explain to him the problems you are having. if all else fails, seek the social services as to protect your child from a guy that treated to bring harm to your child as to also say he wanted the child dead. as this alone should have him put away for a long time, tell the judge about what he has said as well. but for the child's safety, I would move very far away if you need to do so. move to another state if need be, as long as you and the child are safe.
